Property Viewing Trips to Turkey
The only true way to find your dream home in Turkey is to visit the area and view the many properties available. The best way to do this is on one of our inspection trips. These usually last 3-7 days and are available all year round.
Our trips are focused round the client with an itinery to match your needs and we give a one to one viewing service suited to your requirements and budget. Our aim is to take the strain out of your search so that your property purchase proceeds smoothly and that your personal tastes and requirements are considered at all times.
Inspection trips are based on a maximum of 2 people travelling and are for clients in a position to buy. Although you are not obligated to purchase on your trip you must be in a position to make a decision and place a reservation fee should you find your desired property. Trips usually last 4-5 days.

Return flights from the UK
Hotel accomodation based on 2 people sharing, includes bed and breakfast
Airport transfers in Turkey
During your trip a member of staff will show you the desired areas and properties to suit your requirements and budgets. Should you go ahead and purchase a property contracts will be signed and your payment plan put in place. You will then be introduced to the rentals and aftersales departments who will assist with furnishing your property, bank accounts etc.

Your trip includes.
Transfers to and from the airport in Turkey (Bodrum, Izmir or Dalaman)
Accommodation in a 5 star hotel half board (extra daily rate will be charged after 3 nights).
Viewing of properties each day in the style and price ranges you have requested.
If you sign a contract to purchase we will pay for your additional accommodation up to a maximum of 7 days.
There is no obligation to purchase whilst on our inspection trip but you are agreeing to view properties for the duration of your visit for a minimum of 3 days.
