All villas will be built to a high standard using quality materials and will meet all legal requirements such as insulated cavity walls, damp proofing, double glazing, etc. During the construction we will provide updates on how the property is progressing and we will give you regular progress reports together with photos at various stages of construction.

145m² 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom villa with a 7x5m pool would start from approx £95,000.

Mortgages are available on all these properties or optional payment plan would be as follows:

* Signing the contract --------------20%
* Starting the construction -------20% (approx one month later)
* Finishing the shell---- --------------20% (approx 2 months from start of build)
* Fitting the windows & doors ----15% (approx 3 months from start of build)
* Finishing the interior works -----15% (approx 5 months from start of build)
* Transferring the title deeds ----10% ( approx 8 months from start of build)
