It is now possible to obtain a mortgage on both off plan and completed properties in most areas of Turkeys. We are able to offer mortgages of up to 65% of the property value with terms up to 20 years. *

EURO MORTGAGES :

FIXED - 6.9% for up to 20 years

FIXED FOR 5 YEARS at 5.8%. Thereafter, up to 15 years on a VARIABLE Rate.

First year's STARTER OFFER: 5.0% Thereafter, a VARIABLE RATE mortgage up to 20 years.

VARIABLE RATE:
Currently between 6.2% and 6.6% a year. Up to 20 years.(Rates will fluctuate).

FIXED RATE mortgages available for up to 65% of the property value.
VARIABLE RATE : mortgages available for up to 70% of the property value.

NOTE: the same amount will be withdrawn from your account each month to pay the mortgage. Any upward or downward spirals during the mortgage term will be reflected in the LENGTH of the mortgage term. For example, if interest rates fall over the mortgage term a 20 year mortgage can be repaid in a shorter time (eg: 18 years)
